Listen for improved safety performance

It’s a fact - People who feel heard are much more likely to listen to you. It runs this way in society as it does at work.

Effective leaders make things happen and the best way to make things happen is to engage with staff. It comes at no surprise that the best way to do this is to listen to what they have to say.
