Generative HSE's New (Financial) Year Resolutions

Congratulations on surviving another financial year! We thought we'd take the opportunity to hold ourselves to account and to make our resolutions public this financial year. Here goes:

1. Continue to contribute significant value to our current clients

We've been working hard with clients such as Qantas, NSW Land and Housing and Oz Minerals to deliver practical outcomes and measurable returns on their investments. We're committed to building on our service offering and to the continual improvement of our service.

2. A renewed focus on our primary services

We've been working on the way we communicate our service offering to our clients and potential clients. Whilst we are a 'full service' consultancy and have experience across all facets of health and safety, our focus will be on the following services over the next 12 months:

1. Safety Management System Design and Review (including contractor management)
2. Critical Risk Management
3. Safety Culture & Leadership

3. A focus on our people

We believe that our people are what set us apart from other HSE consultancies. Each of our consultants are experienced in the real world, are pragmatic in their approach and are great communicators. We will continue to invest in our people.

Only three resolutions, but we believe they are vital to our continued success.
